Customers can confirm their booking by following the below payment process:

✅ Booking Confirmation

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

✅ Balance Payment

• Remaining 70% payment must be cleared 7–10 days prior to travel date.
• For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), 100% payment is required upfront.

✅ Payment Modes

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
• UPI Payments
• International Payments (if applicable)

✅ Payment Proof

• Customers must share payment confirmation/transaction screenshot for verification.

✅ General Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Standard hotel check-in time: 14:00 hrs & check-out time: 12:00 hrs.

✅ Travel & Documentation

• Guests must carry valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.

✅ Tours & Transfers

• All tours operate on SIC (Seat-In-Coach) or Private basis as selected.
• Guests must be ready in hotel lobby on time; delays may result in missed tours (no refund).

✅ Responsibility

• The company is not responsible for:
  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Natural calamities
  • Political disturbances
  • Any personal loss or injury

✅ Pricing

• Prices are based on current rates and subject to change due to:
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Government taxes
  • Supplier revisions

✅ Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total package cost
• 15–29 days before travel: 30% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges

✅ Non-Refundable Components

• Visa fees (if applicable)
• Flight tickets (as per airline policy)
• Any non-refundable hotel or activity bookings

✅ Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.
